Polycystic Kidney Disease

The 3D model of a PKD and healthy kidneys were created from scratch in Z-Brush. These were based on reference images and a preserved PKD kidney kept at the Ninewells Hospital in Dundee. The model was poly-painted and MRGB textures were applied to give a more realistic look. The model was animated and rendered in KeyShot and labels were added in Adobe AfterEffects.
